On January 31, 2026, Elena Laporta Hernández gave a workshop on restorative justice as part of the sexual violence itinerary organized by Otro Tiempo.
In particular, and based on a rights-based, feminist, and intersectional approach, the workshop proposed a conceptual approach and a comparative analysis taking the international and European regional framework as a reference, and then focused on legislative developments in Spain, analyzing the particularities of sexual violence and critically reflecting on existing prohibitions in this area.
