What is JARE?
The JARE Observatory offers a space for sharing good practices in relation to prevention and awareness-raising, detection, support, protection, access to justice and reparation in cases of gender-based violence, both within and beyond public institutions.
In a context marked by malpractice and limited specialist training, the Observatory aims to promote good practices among the professionals, organisations and institutions that apply a rights-based, feminist, intersectional approach to their work, with a view to allowing these good practices to be replicated or reworked and adapted to different contexts and to developing alternative practices that take the voices, needs and rights of survivors into consideration.

What will you find here?
This is a bank of good practices in the form of news articles, videos and documents. They may be policies, practices or even narratives. We intend to publish annual reports containing the most interesting practices and organise events to exchange knowledge on the topic.
