HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The data provided by individuals or organisations using Fem Ius’s services will be kept for the duration of the contractual period and erased when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. In general, data will be kept for the following periods:

  • 2 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless consent is revoked prior to this: generic identity data (name, surname(s), email address, telephone number, etc.).
  • 4 years: relevant data under the Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order (social security registration, de-registration, social security contributions, wages, etc.); Articles 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law (accounting records, etc.).
  • 5 years: personal shares with no specific term. Article 1964 of the Civil Code.
  • 6 years: accounting and employment data. Article 30 of the Commercial Code (contracts, records of working hours, receipts, occupational risk prevention reports, etc.).
  • 10 years: Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. Article 25.

In the case of data provided by users of the website www.femiusproject.org or by individuals sending information to the JARE Observatory, Fem Ius will keep your data for the purpose of sending newsletters about our services. Disaggregated, anonymised data will be kept indefinitely.
