On 20 March 2026, the European Court of Human Rights held its biennial meeting with non-governmental organisations and litigators, which was attended by Elena Laporta on behalf of Fem Ius.
At this meeting, we had the opportunity to discuss with Judges from the Court and members of the Registry practical issues relating to bringing a case, case processing, communications with applicants and third parties, case law developments, and procedural matters.
