On 9 May 2025, the Observatory on Institutional Violences (OVIM) presented the first Report on institutional violences in Spain, a pioneering work that analyses data collected over more than a year, based on anonymous cases reported through a collective reporting channel.

Samara de las Heras Aguilera, speaking on behalf of Fem Ius, participated in the discussion on the Spanish state’s obligations within the International and European human rights framework, alongside Françoise Kempf (Secretary of the Monitoring Mechanism of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence) and Tania Sordo Ruz (founder of La Colectiva 1600).
